Super nice people. Very quiet on weekdays. Amazing front porch for drinking coffee in the morning!
Fourth of July weekend was not as expected. The lodges were not cleaned, stove was dirty, and an unpleasant owner of always wanting to earn more bucks for what it's worth. We will not return due to the owner lurking around to see what our family was doing. I do not recommend these lodges. We should have just camped in the campsites at Lake Alan Henry.

Decent place to stay. Nothing fancy, but clean and gets the job done for a short trip to the lake. Have several kitchen supplies, blankets, and pillows.
These lodges are lake lodges and not fancy suites and set up so guests can enjoy a day(s) on the lake and have a place to retreat to and rest. Each lodge seems to be set up the very same with very minor differences. There are a number of beds in each lodge that appears to sleep 7-8 people (check lodge allowances for accuracy). We have stayed a number of times and have found the owners & staff to be nothing less than very accommodating practical people. Every lodge we have stayed in has been cleaner than 99.9 percent of any hotel ($100+ a night) we have ever strayed in. A great place to stay.
